Skills Comprehensive understanding of SailPoint IIQ (installation configuration administration and deployment) Build OOTB and custom connectors (AD LDAP JDBC REST / SOAP APIs) with strong Java development experience. Customization (BeanShell SailPoint workflows UI customization Reports). In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts (provisioning RBAC / ABAC certifications audit compliance). User Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes). Excellent understanding of SailPoint APIs for developing custom connectors tasks rules etc Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity principles Zero Trust and least privilege. Prior experience with Agile practices such as Kanban or Scrum Roles and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations including configuration and customization. Collaborate with application owners for application onboarding. Translate business and security requirements into technical specifications. Major upgrades and enhancements for SailPoint components and functionalities. Design and develop user provisioning deprovisioning access policies access request workflows and access reviews. Configure role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access control models. Integrate SailPoint with HR systems (Workday SAP) Active Directory (AD) LDAP SaaS apps (Salesforce ServiceNow) and custom applications. Implement REST / SOAP API-based integrations for automated user lifecycle management. Configure out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom workflows for access requests. Develop custom rules (BeanShell JavaScript) workflows and task definitions to extend SailPoint functionality. Mandatory Scripting Requirement : Java and Shell scripting (Powershell / Python)
