We're Hiring Customer Support Executive (English + French)

Location : Gurugram, Haryana | Office-Based

As we expand our operations and strengthen our partnership with a leading Switzerland-based food-tech company, CODT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented Customer Support Executive to join our team.

This role is essential, as you will be the voice of our company for thousands of users relying on our Smart Fridge ecosystem and mobile app for their daily meals. We are looking for someone who communicates with clarity, empathy, and confidence.

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong command of English & French (speaking and writing)
• German proficiency is a plus, not mandatory
• Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer support or hospitality is an advantage, but not a requirement
• A mindset focused on ownership and delivering a great customer experience
