Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the administrative and operational functions of our facility. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in hospital administration or service industry operations, with strong leadership and process management skills.This role demands a proactive individual capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, enhancing operational workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the center. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols. Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to maintain a high standard of service delivery. Collaborate with medical professionals, management, and external partners to optimize performance and patient care. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 4+ of experience in hospital or healthcare operations management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
