Event Manager

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Events & Catering Manager for a newly established catering business. This gourmet foods brand has been in the industry since 2018 and is expanding into outdoor catering.

Responsibilities

• Set up the outdoor catering vertical from scratch for the brand
• Vendor Management - Select, negotiate with and on board suitable vendors for all the requirements of catering - crockery, cutlery,food ingredients, staff uniform, etc
• Staff Hiring & Management - Engage & employ agencies that provide temporary service staff, hire manpower and train them end-to-end on client facing roles
• Inventory & Logistics management - Create SOPs for optimal inventory management, order logging & order flow management. Coordinate end to end logistics of outdoor catering events from start to event wrap up
• Events execution - Lead the team end to end on executing the event from logistics, staffing, food delivery to service and guest relations
• Menu Planning - collaborate with the chefs to plan & innovate the menu & offerings on a regular basis
• Client POC - Be the face of the brand in all client interactions from securing the event catering to crisis management to guest relations

CTC - Up to Rs. 7.5 Lakhs (basis last drawn)
