We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – People Operations to join our dynamic People team in Gurgaon. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence through data-driven insights, accurate reporting, and seamless employee operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business operations.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy across MIS platforms.
• Monitor KPIs, support ad-hoc data requests, and document processes for scalability.
• Maintain employee records and documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.
