Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews Retrospectives .
• Coach teams in Agile principles SAFe practices and Built-In Quality (BIQ) standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners Architects and TPMs to ensure backlog readiness and continuous value delivery.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments reducing decision latency.
• Track and report sprint metrics including velocity quality and progress using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure compliance with Caterpillars architecture coding standards and security protocols .
• Coordinate with DevOps and system architects for CI / CD deployments across environments.
• Support change management risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment .
