Job Title : Voice International Process – Customer Support Executive

Job Location  (Post-Offer) : Kolkata & Indore

Work Mode : Work from Home (After initial 4–5 weeks training from office)

Timings : Night Shift (US timings) with cab facility

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet organizational goals.
