Job Description

We are looking for Technical Voice Support Executives to handle customer calls and provide real-time assistance for technical queries. The role involves troubleshooting issues, offering accurate resolutions, and ensuring high-quality customer support in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound / outbound calls and resolve technical queries.

Troubleshoot product or service-related issues.

Provide step-by-step technical guidance to customers.

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution for all customer concerns.

Requirements

✅ Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Technical / BPO preferred)

✅ Excellent communication skills in English

✅ Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
