Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and orchestrate agentic systems using Google ADK—developing tools, coordinating multi-agent workflows, ensuring reliable grounding, and optimizing agent performance across end-to-end AI pipelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize deep learning architectures for real-world AI solutions

Apply advanced data structures and algorithms to enhance the efficiency and performance of AI systems

Engage in continuous learning and research to stay at the forefront of LLM & Generative AI advancements

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by tackling complex AI challenges and developing innovative solutions

Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

Cultivate a seeker mindset by actively exploring new AI technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems

Required Skills

Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) : Proficient in building, deploying, and optimizing AI agents using Google’s ADK, including tool integrations, grounding, evaluation frameworks, and advanced multi-agent orchestration for complex workflows

Python : Proficiency in Python programming, with a focus on AI and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

Deep Learning : Solid understanding of neural network architectures, training processes, and optimization techniques

Data Structures and Algorithms : Strong foundation in efficient data organization and problem-solving approaches crucial for AI development

Problem Solving : Demonstrated ability to analyze complex AI challenges and develop effective solutions

LLM & Generative AI Understanding : Familiarity with large language models and generative AI concepts, including their applications and limitations

Ownership : Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and drive them to completion
