Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Mechatronics Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting assessments, delivering training programs, designing course materials, providing mentorship, and evaluating student performance. They will also be required to keep up-to-date with industry advancements and implement best practices in training sessions. Qualifications Assessments, Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring experience Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Mechatronics systems and Industry 4.0 technologies Prior experience in curriculum design and training methodologies Ability to work independently and remotely Relevant certifications in mechatronics or related fields are a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
