Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Studio Head Design located in Mumbai. The Studio Head Design will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design team, ensuring the successful execution of projects. The day-to-day tasks will include project management, team coordination, client communication, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design concepts and solutions.

Qualifications :

A strong background in design and architecture, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role

Crafting workplace strategies and conducting data analysis, integrating augmented design within a broader strategic vision.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team

Excellent communication and client management skills

Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop

An eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong working on commercial / B2B projects

A deep understanding of design principles and trends

A degree in design, architecture, or a related field
