Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Manager located in Bengaluru. The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the smooth running of the studio. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service standards, leading the studio team to achieve sales targets, and implementing customer engagement strategies. The role also entails coordinating studio schedules, ensuring facilities are well-maintained, and managing local events and promotions to enhance the studio's presence and client experience.
