• Hands-on work with card issuance and authorization flows with Visa and Mastercard.
• Experience in reconciliation (recon) and settlement processes, especially recon for batch processing.
• Tools that simulate issuer environments are critical — including simulators for Visa(VTS), Mastercard (MDFS) etc.
