Role Overview

We want a customer-first problem solver, not a script reader.

Unlike traditional BPO setups, your role won’t rely on rigid scripts or one-size-fits-all protocols. Our customers are diverse and expect personalized attention. We need someone who :

  • Understands customer emotions and needs individually
  • Can think beyond standard scripts when required
  • Balances company policies with empathy and flexibility
  • Is willing to take ownership and go the extra mile to delight customers

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction : Respond to customer queries via email, chat, WhatsApp, and calls promptly and professionally.

Order Management : Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.

Complaint Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Product Guidance : Provide detailed product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs.

Feedback Handling : Collect, document, and share customer feedback to improve services and operations.

Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Requirements

Prior experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C startup environment.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms like Shopify.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure effectively.

Familiarity with e-commerce processes like order management and returns.
