Marketing & Lead Generation : Identify potential clients generate leads through networking and advertising and effectively market properties to attract buyers.
Property Showings : Schedule and conduct showings and open houses to showcase properties to interested parties.
Negotiation : Mediate discussions and negotiate favorable terms for clients in purchase agreements and other contracts.
Documentation & Closing : Prepare all necessary paperwork including purchase agreements leases and closing statements and assist clients through the closing process.
Typical Duties
