Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Software Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI / ML solutions for enterprise healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics, with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and secure AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models for large-scale enterprise systems

Build and maintain reusable AI frameworks, pipelines, and libraries

Work closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions

Optimize AI / ML algorithms for performance, security, and regulatory compliance

Implement and support cloud-based AI solutions on Azure

Apply best practices in MLOps , CI / CD, versioning, and model monitoring

Develop solutions involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, and generative AI technologies

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery

Ensure adherence to healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science , or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML development

Strong programming skills in Python

Expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch , and other AI / ML frameworks

Experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, GPT-based architectures, and generative AI

Proficiency with Azure Cloud Services

Knowledge of MLOps , containerization (Docker), and scalable deployment practices

Experience with NLP, predictive analytics , and model optimization

Familiarity with healthcare data interoperability and compliance requirements

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
