🔶 About the Role

Chandigarh University is seeking dynamic, motivated, and student-focused Admission Counselors / Tele-Counselors to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech, Education Counseling, or University Admissions , along with strong communication and sales skills. You will play a key role in guiding students and helping them make informed academic decisions.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls , inbound , and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Counsel students on courses, programs, eligibility, and admission processes .
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & admissions targets.
• Manage, follow up, and convert leads efficiently.
• Maintain accurate student details and follow-up status in the CRM system .
• Provide clear information and resolve student / parent queries.
• Participate in training programs , team meetings, and admission events.

🔶 Required Skills & Qualifications

CRM experience preferred .
