About the Role A fast-growing international consulting & operations support firm is looking for a Finance Controller to lead end-to-end financial management for clients across the US, UK, and Canada . This role requires strong international accounting exposure and the ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting, reporting, and analysis for international (US / UK / Canada) entities

Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance

Lead month-end and year-end close processes

Ensure accurate financial statements aligned with global accounting standards

Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to improve financial processes

Work collaboratively during EST hours

Requirements 7–10 years of financial management or controllership experience

Mandatory : Accounting experience with USA, UK, or Canada

Real estate or property management accounting experience is preferred (not mandatory)

Strong knowledge of global accounting standards, controls, and reconciliations

Ability to work independently and handle multi-entity finances

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
