We are seeking a highly organised, educated, and professional Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneur who operates businesses and trading activities across multiple countries. The role involves coordinating international schedules, handling complex travel arrangements, managing household operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning across different time zones.
This position requires a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a globally mobile environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage multi-country calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders
- Coordinate communications across international time zones
- Draft, review, and maintain emails, documents, and travel files
- Handle global bookings (hotels, flights, lounges, airport arrangements)
- Maintain confidential records, financial documents, and sensitive information
- Support with business tasks, research, and basic reporting
International Travel Coordination
Plan and execute complex multi-city travel itinerariesHandle visas, e-visas, travel insurance, forex, SIM cards, and documentationEnsure smooth airport transfers, priority check-ins, and travel logisticsTrack travel expenses and maintain organised recordsStay available for coordination during international travel daysHousehold & Lifestyle Management

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree preferredExcellent English communication—spoken and written2–5 years experience as PA / EA / House Manager, ideally in an international or HNW environmentStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesHigh degree of discretion, integrity, and trustworthinessProfessional appearance and communication etiquetteCompetent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and online booking platformsComfortable working with flexible hours and international coordinationValid passport & willingness to travel occasionally (if required)💼 Working Style Expectations

Total Compensation (CTC) : Up to INR 25 lakhs per annum
