Position : Technology Recruiter- Product Hiring

Location : Sec 67,Gurgaon- Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for two dynamic Technology Recruiters with proven experience in hiring for product-based companies or high-performance engineering organizations . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment : Own and drive the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles (Data, Analytics, Engineering).
• Sourcing & Screening : Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) and apply Boolean search strings effectively.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent quickly.
• Pipeline Building : Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche technology roles.
• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
• Recruitment Metrics : Track and report recruitment KPIs to ensure timely closures.
