About the Role
We are looking for two dynamic Technology Recruiters with proven experience in hiring for product-based companies or high-performance engineering organizations . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment : Own and drive the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles (Data, Analytics, Engineering).
- Sourcing & Screening : Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) and apply Boolean search strings effectively.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent quickly.
- Pipeline Building : Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche technology roles.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Recruitment Metrics : Track and report recruitment KPIs to ensure timely closures.
Required Skills & Experience
Background : Must have worked in product companies or scaled startups with exposure to high-performance tech hiring.Technical Hiring Expertise : Strong knowledge of roles in Data Engineering, Analytics, Software Development , etc.Sourcing Mastery : Hands-on experience with Boolean strings , advanced search techniques, and multiple sourcing portals.Tools Knowledge : Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.Soft Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work under tight timelines.What We Offer
