Customer Relationship Management Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 .
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Work on Power Platform components such as Power Automate and PCF controls.
• Handle data migration, customization, and configuration activities.
• Build custom controls and UI components using React, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Manage Azure DevOps pipelines for CI / CD, deployment, and version control.mi
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security compliance.
