Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Business Head based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The State Business Head will be responsible for overseeing business operations within the assigned state,marketing, developing and executing business strategies to ensure profitability, managing client relationships, and have skill to lead a sales team.

Qualifications

Strong operational management and strategic planning skills, with proficiency in overseeing state-level business functions.

Experience in client relationship management and proven ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.

Excellent communication, leadership, and lead sales team management abilities.

Ability to analyze data and insights to inform decision-making and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using technology-driven tools and platforms, especially AI-based solutions, is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;

MBA or equivalent is a plus.

A demonstrated track record of achieving targets, driving revenue growth, and implementing innovative business strategies.
