Job descriptionCraft and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms. Manage and curate engaging content for social media channels, aligning with the brand voice and messaging. Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop and execute targeted ad placement strategies to maximize ROI. Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to ensure they align with organizational goals. Lead content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality and relevant content. Collaborate with internal teams to understand communication needs and create compelling content. Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery across platforms. Work closely with business unit leadership to understand communication needs and goals. Provide regular updates on digital and social media performance to leadership. Demonstrate experience working with US and Europe-based organizations. Understand these regions' cultural nuances and trends to tailor digital strategies effectively. Utilize the latest social media and SEO tools for analysis, reporting, and optimization. Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and Dalle2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in digital and social media management. Strong understanding of SEO analytics and strategies. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with US and Europe-based organizations. Proven ability to create and manage successful ad placement strategies. Familiarity with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing. Experience with AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and Dalle2.
