We are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager- Human Resource Jaipur Rajasthan !!!

Job Description-

• Leveraging all available sourcing channels to meet hiring demands in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the Social Media team to implement innovative talent acquisition campaigns
• Partnering with Capability Building team as well as HR Processes & Analytics team to build robust talent pipeline
• Managing end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial screening, assessments, interviews and extending offers
• Liaising with the Campus Strategy Lead to implement the campus strategy and achieve the campus recruitment targets
• Partnering with Business to create agility of decision making
• Sticking and managing SLAs with line so that recruitment is faster and pro-active
• Ensuring TAT and helping in process improvement of recruitment.
