Department : Sales & Business DevelopmentLocation : Gurgaon, HaryanaReports To : Sales HeadRole Overview The Inside Sales Executive (SDR) is responsible for identifying, connecting, and qualifying potential customers through inbound and outbound channels.This role focuses on initiating contact, understanding requirements, and booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end lead generation through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound channels.Qualify leads by understanding company profile, tender stage, and requirements before passing to BDRs.Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and updates in Zoho CRM .Achieve daily activity and meeting-booking targets.Work closely with BDRs and the Marketing team to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates.Share regular insights from prospect conversations to strengthen the sales playbook.Key Metrics 60–80 calls or outbound touches per day15–20 qualified meetings scheduled per weekCRM hygiene and data accuracyConsistent pipeline contribution month-on-monthDesired Candidate Profile 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or SDR roles (Fintech / SaaS / Insurance preferred).Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and comfort engaging senior decision-makers.Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred), Excel / Google Sheets, and email automation tools.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized with attention to detail.What We Offer Competitive salary and monthly performance incentives.Health insurance for self and dependents.Structured growth path from SDR → Senior SDR → Business Development Representative →
