CI / CD, DevOps, AWS / GCP, security, scalability

The entire 0 → 1 product system

You own the engineering.

You shape the product.

Engagement

Phase 1 (Core Team- Part-Time, Until we hit ₹1 Cr or raise funding ) :

Equity up to 5% + revenue share up to 5%

No Salary

Phase 2 (Full Time) :

Additional Equity up to 5% + Fixed Salary

Equity (Based on Role & Contribution)

5–10% equity

4-year vesting | 12-month cliff

0% if leaving before 12 months

50% vests in the first 24 months

Remaining quarterly over the next 24 months

UPTO 5% Revenue Share until either :

Platform hits ₹1Cr annual revenue, OR

We raise our next funding round
