Job descriptionDevelop and maintain job descriptions and training programs. Maintain KRA & KPI sheets for all employees. Collect onboarding feedback from new joiners. Design and implement engagement surveys. Track absenteeism and retention through employee data. Ensure regular communication about wellness and engagement initiatives. Identify training needs across departments. Design and deliver targeted training programs to bridge skill gaps. Draft and implement HR policies and procedures. Review and update policies annually. Conduct induction sessions for new employees. Share HR policies, work culture, and expectations during onboarding. Monitor timely performance evaluations of new hires. Align employee goals with company objectives. Manage PMS cycle and resolve disputes, if any. Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field. 3-4 years of relevant HR experience. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
