Job Summary

The Account Executive is primarily responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting budgeting and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals

Prepare financial reports : monthly, quarterly, and annual

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

Assist in budgeting, forecasting , and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS) and handle filings

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when needed

Desired Skills & Qualifications

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proficiency on ERPs like SAP, Microsoft, Oracle

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Should be from the Corporate Catering industry.
