Job Title : Techno-Functional HRMS EBS 12.1.3 Consultant (Freelance)Location : Remote / Freelancing BasisEngagement Type : Part-time / Project-basedExperience : 7+ yearsJob Description : We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional HRMS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.1.3 to support ongoing HRMS-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have both technical development skills and functional understanding of HR, Payroll, and related modules.Key Responsibilities : Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, etc.).Develop, customize, and enhance reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).Work on PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports, Workflow, and APIs for HRMS functionalities.Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and assist in functional configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve HRMS-related issues across test and production environments.Collaborate with functional teams, users, and developers to ensure smooth operation and delivery.Support upgrades, patches, and performance improvements in EBS 12.1.3 environments.Required Skills & Experience : Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS R12.1.3 (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL).Hands-on experience with PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow .Knowledge of AOL, APIs, Fast Formulas, and Personalization / Extensions .Experience in EBS technical debugging, data flow analysis, and issue resolution .Ability to work independently on development and functional analysis tasks .Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in EBS integrations with third-party systems.Exposure to EBS upgrades or migration projects .Previous experience in freelance or remote project delivery .How to Apply : If you are an experienced techno-functional HRMS consultant interested in freelance collaboration, please share your updated profile and availability details .
