B.Tech + MBA (Tier I or Tier II Institute Preferred)

Are you a detail-driven Technical Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and GTM teams? We're looking for someone who can drive complex projects forward, keep teams aligned, and ensure smooth, timely delivery in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.

You’re a self-starter who owns timelines, clears blockers, and brings clarity and structure to moving parts. This role reports directly to the Director of Technical Program Management.

What You’ll Do :

✅ Coordinate release planning with Product, Engineering, QA & GTM teams

✅ Drive sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and delivery tracking

✅ Maintain dashboards to monitor sprint health, velocity, and delivery status

✅ Ensure project tickets are well-defined, estimated, and progress through workflows

✅ Track OKRs and break down milestones to keep projects on course

✅ Enforce Agile best practices and run team ceremonies (standups, retros, reviews)

✅ Maintain project tools (Jira, Asana), documentation (Confluence / Notion), and reports

✅ What We’re Looking For :

8–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Agile Delivery (SaaS / Tech)

Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and tools like Jira or Asana

Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Exposure to SDLC, Agile metrics, cloud (AWS, Azure) is a plus

Certifications like CSM or PMP are a bonus!
