2. Client Servicing & Communication
Act as the primary relationship owner for key clients.Lead client meetings, presentations & strategy pitches.Ensure timely communication, expectation setting, and quality delivery.Convert client pain-points into actionable tasks for internal teams.3. Campaign Management
Oversee execution of digital campaigns, content calendars & performance creatives.Coordinate with video, design, and performance teams.Review & approve creative deliverables ensuring quality & brand consistency.Track performance metrics & optimize campaigns.4. Creative Direction
Provide creative inputs for video storyboarding, shoots, graphics & brand campaigns.Ensure creative output matches the brand’s storytelling style and business goals.Guide the team with concepts, scripts, hooks, and visual storytelling.5. Team Leadership & Operations
Manage and mentor the creative, content & client servicing teams.Allocate tasks, set timelines, and ensure workflow efficiency.Maintain high attention to detail in all deliverables.Oversee documentation, planning, and project tracking.6. Market Knowledge & Innovation
