Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Kochi. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements and reporting, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial direction to the organization. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data to guide decision-making, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures. The CFO will collaborate with leadership to drive sustainable financial growth and maintain the organization's financial health.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

• Total Experience : Minimum 15 years in Finance & Accounts.
• Post-Qualification Experience : Minimum 8 years in senior finance leadership roles (preferably in healthcare / hospital industry).
• Proven experience in financial planning, strategic leadership, fundraising, treasury management, and stakeholder communication.
• Exposure to board-level reporting and financial governance.
