Key Purpose of the job :
Responsible for planning and prioritizing activities to ensure maximum productivity, with overall project control of quality, time and cost.
Key Responsibilities :
- Detailed Construction Program preparation including scheduling and tracking.
- Prepare MIS for Work Reports and Cost Reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) and gather data / information to collate into one cohesive report for the Project Coordinator.
- Resource Management – requirement analysis, follow-ups, and determining manpower, equipment, and materials required as per the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth and timely delivery of drawings and decisions to ensure zero stoppage of construction, while understanding the sequence / workflow of construction activities.
- Analyse delay / shortfall and prepare catch-up plans and develop project-specific planning procedures in line with established company procedures to ensure compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile :
B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or NICMAR qualification.3+ years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial spaceKnowledge of planning tools like MSP / Microsoft Office / Autocad / MS Project / Primavera.Thorough knowledge of the project lifecycleStrong background in planning, monitoring, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.Role Type : Individual Contributor
