Job descriptionProven experience as a 3D Architect Visualizer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings of architectural designs. Proficiency in 3D visualization software (e.g., V-Ray, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce photorealistic renders. Strong understanding of architectural design principles. Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet project deadlines. Knowledge of animation and walkthroughs is a plus. - Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural house designs.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to bring concepts to life through realistic renders.
- Ensure renders are in line with the design and aesthetic vision of the project.
- Work on various residential, commercial, and landscape design projects.
- Prepare and deliver final visualizations for client presentations and marketing purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and 3D rendering technologies.
