Key Responsibilities
- Paid Marketing & Lead Generation
- Strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate qualified leads and drive sales.
- Continuously monitor ROAS, CPL, CAC and other key metrics; pivot campaigns based on real-time data.
- Campaign Tracking & Analysis
- Set up and manage tags and triggers via Google Tag Manager (GTM) .
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and CRM integrations to track user journeys, lead flow, and conversions.
- SEO & Website Optimization
- Work on both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
- Collaborate with content and tech teams to enhance site structure, speed, and UX.
- AI-Driven Digital Marketing
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to implement intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and performance optimization.
- Stay ahead of trends by integrating AI-based strategies in campaign design, content, and audience targeting.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Provide hands-on assistance to internal teams across departments on digital marketing initiatives—be it campaign setup, tracking, optimization, or content amplification.
- Performance Reporting
- Build weekly / monthly reports using tools like Data Studio, Excel, and analytics dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance trends and KPIs.
- Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to design full-funnel strategies that deliver results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Live Streaming Support
- Coordinate and conduct Live sessions on social media using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) .
Eligibility :
Experience : 3–5 years in digital marketing with a proven focus on performance marketing and lead generationPaid Media Expertise : Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience with Amazon and Facebook Ads will be an added advantage.GTM & Analytics : Proficient in Google Tag Manager , GA4 , and setting up accurate campaign tracking and event triggersSEO Proficiency : Strong understanding of on-page, off-page , and technical SEO best practicesAI Fluency : Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and ability to integrate them into campaign strategies (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, etc.)Reporting Skills : Ability to analyze and present data using tools like Google Data Studio , Excel , or LookerCross-functional Collaboration : Capable of supporting teams across creative, sales, and content on digital marketing initiativesCommunication : Strong written and verbal skills with a collaborative and proactive mindsetCertifications (Preferred) : Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing credentialsAbout the company :
