About the role :
We are looking for a skilled senior digital marketer who can develop strong and
innovative digital marketing strategies using PPC across Google, Social media, and
other channels to drive traffic and generate leads.
As part of your role, you will be involved in implementing and monitoring digital
marketing campaigns across all digital platforms / networks along with planning the
campaigns with key stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is someone who can thrive in a
highly fast-paced environment and show results in campaign performance.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Responsibilities :
1. Plan and execute paid campaigns based on the target buyer persona.
Understand requirements, implement, and oversee all aspects of targeted,
competition-centric, digital campaigns.
2. Measure and analyze performance data of all digital marketing campaigns,
identify patterns and insights, and optimize the campaigns for continuous
improvement.
3. Work closely with the sales and product marketing team to develop targeted
digital outreach programs.
4. End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in the customer acquisition
journey and identify areas of improvement.
5. Drive conversions and interest by improving funnel impact from digital marketing
campaigns
6. Build a high-performing, self-driven team.
7. Coordinate with content and media experts as part of campaign execution to
improve marketing results to meet acquisition goals.
8. Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate all execution - through external agencies
or internal teams
QUALIFICATION :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Technology
2. 6+ years experience in a hands-on digital marketing position, preferably from a
product company / SaaS org managing 2-3 geographical regions
3. Ability to build and implement digital marketing campaign outlook targeting the
smb prospects.
4. Ability to identify target audiences and delivering compelling digital experiences
across various digital marketing channels and also across the marketing funnel.
5. Demonstrable experience in orchestrating an integrated digital campaign using
programmatic advertising, SEM, GDN remarketing, content syndication, email
marketing, YouTube advertising, DV and LinkedIn to drive traction from
multiple buyer personas.
6. Exhibit excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for
performance.
7. Has the willingness to learn and is open to handling crunch timelines and swift
turnaround time.
8. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
9. A strong understanding of web analytics and business metrics is essential
