Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts across all digital channels and delivering data-backed performance reports. A strong portfolio and hands-on expertise in advertising platforms and analytics tools are crucial.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Manage and implement tags using Google Tag Manager.
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance via Google Analytics.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for clients across paid ads, social media, and overall digital strategy.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost customer engagement.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams; present campaign strategies and performance updates.
- Maintain a professional portfolio showcasing previous work, campaign performance, and Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in report generation and campaign analysis.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must have a portfolio demonstrating past campaigns, reports, and success metrics.
