Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Test Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing strategies.

You will lead a team of testers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the testing process, enhance automation practices, and integrate emerging technologies like Gen AI into our testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of testers in both manual and automation testing efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct manual testing to validate software functionality and identify any defects, ensuring coverage of all critical test scenarios.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Evaluate and integrate Gen AI tools to enhance testing processes and increase team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for projects involving sensitive healthcare data.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and provide feedback on software usability.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure; provide regular status updates to management.
• Continuously assess and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes within the organization.
