Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro Consultant with hands-on expertise in UKG Pro implementation and integration preferably with Boomi experience. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation configuration and integration of UKG Pro with other HR systems ensuring seamless workforce management and payroll operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• LeadUKG Proimplementation and configuration projects from end to end.
• Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements within UKG Pro.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems usingBoomior similar middleware.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective UKG Pro configurations.
• Design and implement workflows rules and policies to meet organizational goals.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend suitable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all configurations and integrations.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational and business objectives.
