Prospect Qualification -
Analyze prospects’ current business challenges, priorities, and fit through structured, targeted discussions. Evaluate and qualify leads based on clear criteria to ensure high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Multi-Channel Outreach Execution
Demonstrate Executive Presence and Continuous Learning
Team Leadership & Process Optimization -
Identify the types of outreach calls and approaches that yield the best results. Ensure the demand generation team is fully prepared to consistently deliver these outcomes without compromising deal quality or volume. Drive continuous improvements to the sales development process by applying proven best practices.
Pipeline Development & Deal Conversion
CRM & Data Management -
Effectively manage CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to maintain accurate data and support sales and pipeline KPIs.
Experience :
4–7 years in enterprise-level B2B Sales Development , Demand Generation, or Business Development roles, ideally within SaaS and HR Tech industries. Experience supporting or working through large-scale enterprise acquisitions (e.g., Goldman Sachs) is a strong plus.
