💼 Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Siebel Tech Lead Architect to design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers for new implementations, migrations, and Run / Maintain projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 12–20 years of experience (with 12+ years hands-on in Siebel as preferred) along with strong technical, leadership, and customer management capabilities.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and QA teams
• Work directly with customers on new implementation, migration, and Run / Maintain engagements
• Handle critical issues and customer escalations with high satisfaction
• Support presales engagements to grow the Siebel business
• Work with a globally diversified team across technology domains
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis
