Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • US Market Sales Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies specifically tailored for the US market to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Business Development : Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across various industries within the United States.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with US-based clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closure, adhering to US business practices.
  • Market Intelligence : Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis of the US landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Performance Reporting : Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment with US market demands.
  • Travel (as needed) : Be prepared for occasional travel to the US to meet clients, attend industry events, or support key sales initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of progressive sales experience, with a mandatory and proven track record of successfully handling and growing business in the US Market.
  • In-depth understanding of US business culture, market dynamics, and sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in American English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Master / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
