Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with US-based clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closure, adhering to US business practices.
Market Intelligence : Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis of the US landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Performance Reporting : Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment with US market demands.
Travel (as needed) : Be prepared for occasional travel to the US to meet clients, attend industry events, or support key sales initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6+ years of progressive sales experience, with a mandatory and proven track record of successfully handling and growing business in the US Market.
In-depth understanding of US business culture, market dynamics, and sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in American English.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Master / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
