Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Product Sales and Growth Manager to lead the sales initiatives for Lonar Suite and our Oracle ERP solutions. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in software sales, a deep understanding of enterprise technology, and the ability to build consultative relationships with key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth and surpass sales targets for Lonar Suite and Oracle ERP solutions.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs to provide tailored and value-driven solutions.
- Product Expertise : Attain deep product knowledge and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages to prospects and customers.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Product Demonstrations : Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations that effectively highlight the value proposition of Lonar's solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies, customer insights, and market positioning.
- Performance Reporting : Track sales metrics, generate actionable reports, and refine strategies based on performance analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in software or SaaS sales, preferably within the ERP domain.Strong understanding of sales principles, CRM tools, and industry trends.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adept at time management and organizational effectiveness.What We Offer
