Assistant Vice President Enterprise Security (Security Operations Tooling)

Overall Job Purpose :

The purpose of this role is to monitor and maintain operational security controls and governance measures in relation to the security toolsets utilised by the Security Operations function in accordance with M&G Plc Security Policy.

Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)

• Oversee daily and scheduled reports of log source health.
• Document security deliverables / components according to standards as required, including the update of processes and procedures as necessary.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives including improving service and cost effectiveness.
• Achieve best practice for Infrastructure Services to ensure Infrastructure and support deliverables / components are secured in a manner consistent with PGDS UK Security Policy and PGDS UK strategy.
• Creation and production of MI to clearly and effectively demonstrate the adherence to key controls under your responsibility, the security risk / stability profile of the portfolio of Security toolsets under SecOps management
