Role Summary

The 3D Team Lead will be responsible for managing the entire 3D production workflow—from resource allocation and task planning to quality control, delivery timelines, and effective coordination with clients and internal teams.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, technical expertise in 3D visualization, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage the 3D design / visualization team (modelers, texture artists, lighting artists, animators).
• Allocate tasks effectively and ensure optimal utilization of team resources.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and upskill team members as needed.

Project Coordination & Delivery Management

Quality Control & Technical Oversight

Client & Internal Communication

Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization
