Job descriptionGreet and assist passengers at the airport, including check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers Handle and process baggage and cargo in accordance with safety and security regulations Assist with special needs passengers and provide support to elderly or disabled individuals Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with all airport safety protocols Maintain accurate records and reports of passenger interactions and incidents Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to passengers High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds .
