The Opportunity :

We are looking for a strategic design leader who wants to lead a high-performance team while remaining a hands-on master of their craft.

You will take complete ownership of the user experience for our AI Agents Platform. You won't just receive requirements; you will shape them. You will be a key strategic partner to Engineering and Product leadership, entrusted to make critical product decisions, clear roadblocks, and drive the vision from concept to code.

What You'll Do :

• Lead & Mentor (The Coach) : Manage and grow a focused team of product designers. You will foster their skills through regular feedback, design critiques, and career guidance, ensuring they are delivering their best work.
• Execute Critical Design (The Player) : You will roll up your sleeves and own the design for our most complex and strategic initiatives. You will lead by example, shipping high-fidelity, production-ready UI in Figma for high-stakes features.
• Drive Strategy & Unblock Teams : You will act as a decision-maker. When the path forward is ambiguous, you will define it. You will proactively identify friction points between design and engineering and resolve them to keep the delivery pipeline moving fast.
• Be a Strategic Product Partner : You will collaborate at the leadership level with Product Managers and Engineers. You won’t just visualize features; you will challenge assumptions, suggest proactive improvements, and help define what we build to ensure business impact.
• Scale Design Operations : You will own the design system and our internal processes. You will ensure that as we scale, our design language remains consistent and our workflows remain efficient.
