It has commenced a new business line of marketing, enrolling and managing the Online Programs for its university partners.

Founded in 2019, GradRight has offices across Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Delhi and Washington DC . GradRight’s team possesses extensive domestic and international experience in the launch and scale-up of premier higher education institutions like Ashoka, Krea and Plaksha University. It is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, ISB Hyderabad and BITS Pilani and University of Pennsylvania. GradRight is also the winner of the HSBC Fintech Innovation Challenge supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India.

Overall Scope of Responsibilities :

Lead partnerships with corporate, educational institutions, industry stakeholders and channel partners to drive business growth.. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B relationship-building skills, strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of higher education or edtech markets.

Specific scope of work :

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Conceptualize, execute, and develop strategic alliances with established corporations and emerging industry leaders to accelerate innovation and revenue growth for online programs
  • Research, establish, and nurture new corporate partnerships aligned to the growth goals of the organisation
  • Build and manage a network of education consultants, and affiliate channels to expand program reach.

Program and Market Strategy

  • Collaborate with academic and business units to align partnership goals with program offerings and student needs
  • Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners and affiliate channels, including joint marketing campaigns and product integrations
  • Operations and team management

  • Achieve corporate and channel enrollment targets for online programs
  • Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of partnership agreements and ensuring compliance
  • Monitor channel performance and ensure timely updates, product knowledge, and goal alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, academic affairs) to deliver on partnership objectives
  • Manage and develop the assigned team of associates and managers in the function
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of alliances, making recommendations for improvement and growth
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance visibility and network for new opportunities
  • Qualifications, Qualities and Skills required :

  • Master’s / MBA from a reputed institution will be an advantage but is not a mandatory
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, and channel management, preferably in edtech and / or higher education domain
  • Proven experience in developing and scaling strategic alliances and partnerships with Corporates and affiliates will be critical
  • A strong network of HR, L&D, or business leaders is a plus
  • Experience in early-stage / growth companies or institutions will be preferred
  • Prior experience with international academic institutions will be useful
