To build on its national footprint and market-leading position, SECA is looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to drive growth, lift capability and shape how the business scales.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven leader who thrives on being close to the action – setting direction, sharpening execution and translating strategy into results. You’ll lead a capable team across sales, account management and marketing, while ensuring every part of the commercial engine is tuned for performance.

Working closely with SECA’s entrepreneurial owners, you’ll leverage the strong foundations and bring discipline, insight and a competitive spirit.

Your background spans sales and marketing leadership in technical or industrial sectors where execution, margin and performance matter. Equally confident in the field or the boardroom, you build capable teams, drive strategy, and deliver scalable programs that fuel growth.
