Role Description

This is off-site role for a Business Coach. The Business Coach will be responsible for guiding and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them develop business strategies, and conducting training sessions to foster entrepreneurial skills. The role involves assisting individuals and teams with effective business planning and providing strategic consulting to drive growth and innovation. Additionally, the Business Coach will work closely with participants to identify challenges and facilitate their journey toward sustainable success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Coaching and Business Planning to guide individuals and teams toward achieving their goals
• Strong skills in Coaching and Consulting to provide actionable insights and personalized mentoring
• Experience in leading Training sessions to nurture entrepreneurial abilities and business acumen
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Proven track record of working with entrepreneurs or startups is a plus
• A passion for nurturing talent and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset is highly desirable
